What labels, artists, and creators agree to when they trade on KlipFarming.
Accounts and organizations
An account belongs to a person; an organization is the tenant they act inside. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including work done by members you invite.
Campaigns and escrow
Activating a campaign moves its budget into escrow. Funds are released to a creator once their post passes proof-of-post checks and clears the retention window, and returned to the funding wallet if a slot is never filled.
Creator obligations
Accepting a slot means posting with the campaign's official sound, following the brief, and keeping the post public for the stated retention window. Deleting early, editing the audio, or inflating engagement forfeits payment.
Payouts and fees
Approved work is credited to your earnings wallet. Withdrawals are reviewed before funds are sent. Any platform or instant-payout fee is shown before you confirm, never after.
Suspension
Accounts and organizations can be suspended for fraud, rights violations, or repeated failure to deliver accepted work. Escrowed funds are settled according to the dispute outcome, not the suspension.
