What KlipFarming collects, why it is needed, and who can see it.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, country), the identity documents required for KYC, and the public TikTok metrics of any account you connect.
TikTok data
Connecting TikTok lets us read public profile and post metrics. We use them to place you in a creator tier and to verify that a campaign post uses the right sound. We never post on your behalf and we store tokens by reference, never in the clear.
Who sees what
Data is scoped to your organization. A label sees the creators who accepted its slots and the performance of its own campaigns; it does not see your other work. Market benchmarks are aggregates, never another tenant's rows.
Payment and identity data
Verification documents and payout details are held for as long as financial regulation requires, then deleted. Card and wallet details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
Cookies
We use storage for your session, your active organization, and your theme. No advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can disconnect TikTok, export your data, or ask us to delete your account. Records tied to completed payments are retained where the law requires it.
